10.2 acre multifamily residential development located west of Isett Avenue, north of Blaine Street, and east of 5th Avenue in Muscatine, IA. Project consisted of boundary and topographic surveying, civil engineering design, and IDNR permitting. Infrastructure included parking, roadway, storm sewer, detention, sanitary sewer, and water main improvements. Construction services included construction administration and staking.
