RESIDENTIAL CITY STREET RECONSTRUCTION OF LAMPHERE DRIVE – BLUE GRASS, IOWA

Services Provided

The project area included Lamphere Drive from Mississippi Street to Seine Street. Seine Street was also reconstructed as part of this project totaling roughly 1,450 LF of city street. Project consisted of boundary and topographic surveying, and civil engineering design. Reconstruction included complete road replacement with concrete curb & gutter, storm sewer, and water main improvements. Construction services included construction administration and staking.
