20 acre single family and multifamily residential development located south of 53rd Street, east of Hamilton Court, north of E. 49th Avenue, and west of Dove Court in Davenport, IA. Project consists of boundary and topographic surveying, preliminary and final platting, civil engineering design, and IDNR permitting. Infrastructure includes roadway, ADA sidewalks, storm sewer, wet detention, water quality, sanitary sewer, and water main improvements.
