Refuge Church – Rock Island, IL
Project Information
7 acre church property located east of 11th Street and north of 51st Avenue in Rock Island, IL. Project consisted of boundary and topographic surveying, platting, civil engineering design, and IEPA and IDOT permitting. Infrastructure included roadway, parking, sidewalk, storm sewer, detention, sanitary sewer, and water main improvements. Permitting included IDOT access permitting for access off 11th Street which is U.S. Highway 67. Traffic engineering analysis was also required as part of the IDOT permitting process. Construction services included construction administration and staking.
